Brief
Create a Sales & Marketing strategy to accompany all advertising as to promote the sale, buy, let and rent of properties.
All new branding aspects, including logo conception were applied to various marketing pieces including the new Premier Places website.
A friendly, fresh approach that other Agencies would follow - reposition the competition.
Highlighting each section of the business.


Result

I came to a conclusion after the client had commented on how he like the studio gold fish…Ted. 
Isolating the various public customer requirements when considering letting or buying a property, goldfish sounded good.
